Assessments

On joining the Riverside Leisure club you undertake an in depth health assessment / consultation and we use the results from this to design your very own tailor made training program. This will give you a more balanced and realistic results to achieve. Assessments on offer include analysis of body composition, exercise design & training, cardiovascular fitness assessment.
