Job Summary: As a Christmas Elf at The Riverside Park Hotel, you will play a vital role in creating a festive and magical atmosphere for our guests during the holiday season. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with various holiday-themed activities, providing excellent customer service, and spreading holiday cheer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming Guests: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, spreading holiday joy as they arrive at the hotel.
2. Assisting with Check-In: Help guests with check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide information about holiday activities and events.
3. Holiday Activities: Organise and lead holiday-themed activities for guests.
4. Costume Dressing: Dress in traditional elf attire, including costumes and accessories, to create a festive and authentic atmosphere.
5. Photography: Capture memorable moments by taking photos of guests with Santa Claus or within the hotel’s holiday settings.
6. Santa’s Helper: Assist Santa & Mrs Claus during meet-and-greet sessions with children, ensuring a joyful and magical experience.
7. Assisting in Special Events: Support the hotel’s special holiday events, including meeting kids during breakfast times, attending the turning on of the lights in the hotel.
8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for the holiday season and a passion for creating a magical experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to wear elf costumes and accessories as part of the role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage in activities that require physical agility.
• Lift and move decorations and supplies as needed.
