During your visit, you can explore our beautiful ballroom, a full wall of glass overlooking the River Slaney, a colour‑changing ceiling, a private bar and a sparkling fairy‑light backdrop. You’ll also see the room dressed with a selection of decorative chairs and centrepieces, giving you plenty of inspiration for your own wedding style.
Our Head Chef Dave will be on hand to guide you through our wedding menus and offer samples of some of our favourite dishes — a real taste of what your guests will enjoy on the day.
Don’t forget to visit our Penthouse Suite. Located in the stone tower of the hotel, it features a bespoke circular king‑size bed, a spacious ensuite with jacuzzi bath, walk‑in power shower, double sink and a private dressing room, the perfect retreat for your first night as a married couple.
We’ll also be sharing exciting details about our brand‑new ballroom arriving in 2027, giving you an exclusive first look at what’s to come.
