When can I check-in? What time is check out?

Your room is available for check-in from 4 pm and check-out time is before 12 noon. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time, please contact us (additional charges may apply).

Do you have family rooms?

Yes, there are various family rooms on offer. Our family-friendly accommodation includes rooms with 1 double & 1 single bed (with an option of camp bed), 2 double beds or 1 double bed and one fold-away double sofa bed which can sleep up to 2 adults and 3 children perfectly. Rooms may vary in style and décor.

Do you accept group bookings?

Yes, if you are reserving 5 or more rooms for your party please contact us at (053) 923 7800.

Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?

Yes, rooms and facilities are on offer for any guests with disabilities.

Does the hotel accept pets?

No pets are allowed inside the hotel.

What is the cancellation policy?
