Returning for next years’ outing

Just a quick note to thank you and the staff of the hotel for your hospitality over the weekend. We had a great time at your hotel – the staff were very friendly and created a great atmosphere over the weekend.

The food was excellent and overall the experience was very very good – please pass on our compliments to all.

We enjoyed it so much that several of the group have expressed an interest in again returning for next years’ outing – this would be a third year in a row at the Riverside Park Hotel which we have never done in the past as we generally change venue every year.

A weekend none of us will ever forget, we will cherish forever.

I don’t know where to begin or how to say it other than thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of each and everyone of our 36hearts! As you know we all (The Mc Donnell family & then some) stayed at the hotel last weekend and it was nothing short of amazing. Every single staff member was a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t do enough for us they went above and beyond from arrival to departure it was an absolutely amazing weekend that we will never forget and we will most definitely be returning for future family gatherings “if you’ll have us”

From breakfast to lunch to dinner to midnight (2am) snacks the food was spectacular and I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the birthday dinner meal was everyone is still talking about it my god mouth watering stuff. The function room was spectacular my Nanny was in awe as she  has spent many a weekend with us here at the Riverside she was expecting nothing of the sort and was gobsmacked by the whole thing.

Facilities and Rooms were out of this world and spotless clean I’d of stayed for a month in that bed. Anyway I really just wanted to say again and again thank you all so very very much for all you done for us and for making our Nanny/Mams 80th a weekend none of us will ever forget we will cherish forever.

A big thank you to all the staff at the Riverside Park for making such a special celebration even more special!!!

My Husband and myself came to the Riverside Park to celebrate our 25 Year Wedding Anniversary, we had our Wedding Reception here 25 Years ago! I have to say our stay was outstanding, I cannot thank you enough!!! My Husband and myself love to travel and your staff are some of the nicest I have ever met! From the girls in the Moorings for breakfast to the Alamo staff who welcomed us on our first two nights for dinner (and who, on the second night, retrieved Gerry’s phone when it fell behind the radiator, they really went to no end of trouble to ensure we had an enjoyable night while they retrieved the phone-fantastic service!!) I really wanted to name so many of your staff particularly the lady who helped to get our phone back in the Alamo restaurant (she had blonde hair and I would think she was a Manager perhaps) and she also seated us and served us in the main bar the following night for dinner. She was outstanding so pleasant and professional. You are so lucky to have the staff you have. The bar staff and reception was also lovely. Also, the Wedding coordinator who came to greet us on our second morning for breakfast was just such a lovely touch and meant so much to us. Also thank you for the room upgrade, we had a fantastic view of the river! I also wanted to thank you for the lovely gift of the bubbly, chocolates and cakes in our room it was such a lovely surprise. I remember the Riverside Park being a very special welcoming place hence we chose there to get married in but I had feared as 25 years had passes that Ireland no longer offered this standard of service and quality of food but I have to say the Riverside Park does! Our trip was outstanding!!! We will be back, and we are recommending it to everyone we know!! A big thank you to all the staff at the Riverside Park for making such a special celebration even more special!!!
