The 4-star Riverside Park Hotel located in Co. Wexford are currently recruiting for an experienced hotel reservation agent with Hotsoft software experience. This role is full time 11am till 7.30pm and does include weekend work.

To process all bookings, deal with inquiries and cover reception breaks.

• Requirements

Working with the team in delivering excellent customer service, the successful candidate will be required to:

To deal with all bookings either by email or phone.

Cover reception desk whist reception team take their breaks.

Assist the reception team with administrative duties

Ensure all individual and group booking requests are processed

To carry out tasks effectively using computerised system.

To answer guest pre stay queries in a timely manner.

To answer the telephone in a warm and welcoming manner and effectively transfer calls to correct extensions.

To ensure that relevant people receive any messages immediately.

To carry out procedures in accordance with Company policy

Hotsoft knowledge essential, Site Minder knowledge desirable.

Experience is essential

The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service with a minimum of 2 years’ experience . They must be a team player and have the ability to multi task. The ideal candidate should be passionate and enthusiastic about the role, enjoy interacting with our guests and have a “can do” attitude to develop their knowledge and skills within their profession.
