The 4-star Riverside Park Hotel located in Co. Wexford are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager with a minimum of 2 years senior or assistant bar manager experience.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Assistant Bar Manager will support the successful running of the Prom Bar

Requirements
- Work to and embody the values of the business
- Food and beverage service delivered in an efficient, warm and friendly manner
- Have previous experience working to budget & targets
- Have full knowledge of rostering
- Assist with recruitment, retaining and developing the bar team.
- Must be able to carry out procedures in accordance with company policy
- Must be available to work midweek & weekends
- Understand the importance of customer care
- 2 years’ experience is essential
The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume hotel, preferably 4 star. They must be a team player and have the ability to multi task. The ideal candidate should be passionate and enthusiastic about the role, enjoy serving and interacting with our guests and have a “can do” attitude to develop their knowledge and skills within their profession.
