Job Summary: Mrs. Clause is responsible for spreading joy and creating a magical holiday atmosphere for our guests during the festive season. This role involves planning and executing various holiday-themed activities and events that enhance the guest experience, foster a sense of holiday cheer, and create lasting memories.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guest Greetings: Greet guests with a warm and cheerful demeanour, providing a personal and friendly touch to their stay, much like Mrs. Claus welcoming visitors to the North Pole.
- Holiday Activities: Plan and organize holiday-themed activities for guests of all ages, such as storytelling, carol singing, and more.
- Santa’s Helper: Assist with arranging visits from Santa Claus and other holiday characters, as well as managing any gift-giving events for children or guests.
- Holiday Dining: Collaborate with the hotel’s dining team to a magical atmosphere during dining times.
- Holiday Concierge: Provide guests with information about local holiday events, attractions, and traditions, and assist with making plans for their holiday experiences.
- Enthusiasm for the holiday season and a passion for creating magical experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
